ISA

13th September 2008 is a black day in Malaysia to be marked in our calendars. The most vocal activies among bloggers Raja Perta kamarudin or RPK as know to all bloggers was detained under the draconian law [ISA] which all walks of Malaysians detest. Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin, Seputeh MP and Kinrara assemblyman Teresa Kok and Sin Chew Daily reporter Tan Hoon Cheng under the ISA news was flased in all MSM. Looks like a desperate move by the ruling BN government to test waters if people who oppose the government would react and flood the streets. This would give the BN government an excuse to declare a state of emergency so that they can avert the cross over of BN MPs to Pakatan Rakyat to form the new government as promised by de facto leader Dato Sri Anwar Ibrahim.

This is something expected and foretold by RPK in his blog some days ago. The minister of Home Affairs Syed Albar may not realize that he had awaken the sleeping giant. Now Malaysians are more pissed off by his move and no amount of excuse by the PM would help ease the tenssion and agnger against the BN. We hope DSAI would keep to his promise and not disappoint Malaysians who supported him in his campaign to enter parliament. We had enough of the lies and deceiving ways fo the BN government for the last 51 years of rule. As all things must come to an end and so is the role of BN as the ruling party of Malaysia. We want to see a change and and change we will see. Longe live PR and People's Power.
